Delete Your Account

Effective October 1, 2026

You can permanently delete your NFL Picks Pro account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open NFL Picks Pro and sign in.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete Account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete permanently.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@nflpickspro.us from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your login (email and password)
• Your app settings and PICK FOR ME™ history
• Our records of your season pass

Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies. Deleting your account does not refund a purchase; request refunds from Apple or Google. Standard server logs are deleted automatically after a limited time.
