How many free picks do I get?
One free Engine Pick every week. It's the same pick on all your devices.

What does the season pass include?
Every Engine Pick, PICK FOR ME™, confidence tiers, upset alerts, line movement, injury impact, Engine Timeline™, GUT™, and Rigged Games?, for the rest of the current season. It's a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal.

I bought the pass but don't see Pro.
Make sure you're signed in to the same account you bought it with, then tap Restore Purchases on the Account screen.

How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com (iPhone) or through your Google Play order history (Android).

How often do picks update?
The engine re-runs every 15 minutes with the latest data. Picks lock 10 minutes before kickoff.

How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account → Delete Account. Or see the account deletion page.
