Privacy Policy

NFL Picks Pro ("we", "us") provides sports picks and analysis for entertainment. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and a password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form by our login provider; we never see them.
• Your picks: the teams you choose with MY PICK, the line at the time you picked, and each pick's result, so you can see your pick history and record.
• App settings: preferences you choose, such as game-lock reminders and compact cards, and the picks assigned to you by PICK FOR ME™.
• Purchase records: if you buy a season pass, Apple or Google sends us a confirmation (product, date, transaction ID, and expiration). We never receive your card or payment details.
• Technical logs: our hosting and database providers keep standard server logs, such as IP address, device/browser type, and request times, for security and reliability.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers. There are no ads and no third-party tracking or analytics tools in the app.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To unlock Pro features you paid for and restore them on your devices.
• To save your settings and keep your PICK FOR ME™ pick the same across devices.
• To operate, protect, and fix the service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the app. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase: account login and database.
• Netlify: website and server hosting.
• Apple App Store and Google Play: purchases. Their own privacy policies apply to payments.
• SportsDataIO (sports statistics) and Brave Search (public web results about games): we send only game and team information to these, never anything about you.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete Account) or by following the steps on our account deletion page. Deleting your account permanently removes your login, settings, saved picks and pick history, PICK FOR ME™ history, and our records of your purchases. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

Age requirement

NFL Picks Pro is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to our database is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices and rights

You can view and change your settings in the app, and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information; contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
