By creating an account or using NFL Picks Pro (the "app"), you agree to these terms.
1. Entertainment only: no wagering
All picks, confidence ratings, analysis, GUT™ signals, and Rigged Games? content are opinions provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not financial or betting advice, and there is no guarantee of any result. The app does not accept, place, or facilitate bets of any kind. If you choose to wager elsewhere, you do so at your own risk and must follow the laws where you live. If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
3. Your account
Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete Account.
4. Season pass
- The free version includes one free pick per week.
- The Pro season pass is a one-time purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. It does not renew automatically and has no monthly charge.
- The pass unlocks Pro features for the current NFL season and ends on February 15, 2027. The price is shown in the app before you buy; a reduced rest-of-season price applies after the season midpoint.
- Payments, refunds, and billing questions are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. You can restore a pass on a new device with "Restore Purchases" while signed in to the same account.
5. Rigged Games? content
Rigged Games? summarizes unverified internet chatter. It is not a claim of fact by us, is never used by the pick engine, and does not mean any game, team, official, or league acted improperly.
6. Data sources
Statistics and lines come from third-party providers and may be delayed or contain errors. When data is unavailable, the app says so rather than showing estimated numbers.
7. No affiliation
NFL Picks Pro is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the National Football League, any NFL team, Apple, or Google. Team names are used only to identify games.
8. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the app's picks or analysis; scrape or overload the service; or try to access other users' accounts or our systems.
9. Changes and availability
We may update features or these terms. We'll update the effective date above, and continued use means you accept the changes. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any losses, including wagering losses, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
